Personal Boxing & Fitness Training

Personal Boxing & Fitness Training at Leigh Boxing & Fitness Gym can help you in multiple ways whether it’s to improve your fitness levels, learn to box, lose a few pounds, improve your general health or build self confidence. Our Personal Training will provide structure, results, variety and motivation.

You'll start with an initial consultation to assess your current state of health and define your fitness goals. This gives you an agreed starting point, and also a benchmark against which to measure your progress in a realistic fashion. Your individual personal training programme will be changed regularly, not only for variety, but also to allow for continued progression to deliver maximum results in the minimum of time.

1- 2 -1 Boxing & Fitness Training

Leigh Boxing & Fitness Gym offers 1 to 1 personal boxing and fitness training with an experienced, qualified Boxing Trainer.

The sessions can be tailored to your needs whether you are looking to learn to box, improve your boxing technique, or simply want to get into peak shape.

All training revolves around a thorough boxing workout and is guaranteed to get you sweating and leave you feeling like you have had the best workout of your life.


Leigh Boxing & Fitness Centre also offers Training Sessions for other Sports Clubs.


Why Boxing?

Boxing challenges your body and mind.

Boxing is a great alternative to using treadmills, Stairmasters, and stationary bikes at traditional clubs. It is also a way to escape lifting weights to train and build muscle.

Boxing workouts can be adjusted to fit each individual client’s needs. Each workout will bring you closer to your fitness goals. Clients will also receive the added benefit of engaging their minds throughout their workouts, which will help build mental strength.
